JOIN EVERY VOTE MATTERS

Joining the Every Vote Matters volunteer team is easy. First, fill out an application with some basic information about yourself and your interests and give us some possible times you would be able to chat with a current EVM member. 

Following a successful meeting, you will receive an invitation to the Every Vote Matters Discord server. 

Another EVM member will mentor you: 

• Answering your questions about how our support roles work 

• Helping you find your way around

• Signing you up for "shadow shifts" where you will observe experienced EVM teammates in action. 

Once you feel comfortable, you can sign up for shifts in whichever role you trained. Your time commitment could be as little as one 2-hour shift every week, with opportunities every day of the week and a variety of hours from day to evening.

In the meantime, you can be part of the social conversation on the server, getting to know your EVM teammates coming together from across the country to do the work of winning elections! The camaraderie of working with great people who share your commitment is a reward in itself.
