Facilitator – Be the Voice That Inspires the Room
Love rallying people around a cause? As a facilitator, you’ll lead the charge at our phonebanks and training events. You’ll kick things off with high energy, walk new volunteers through the process, and keep things moving smoothly. You’re the friendly face and voice that sets the tone and keeps the momentum going. If you’re organized, upbeat, and love bringing people together—this role is for you. And don’t worry, there is a whole team backing you up.
Chat Captain – Be the Heart of Our Online Community
Are you quick on the keyboard? Do you love helping others feel supported? Chat captains serve as the go-to guides in our Zoom chat. You’ll answer questions, provide additional information, share scripts and links, and keep the chat buzzing with encouragement. You help volunteers feel seen, heard, and connected—even when they’re miles apart.
Tech Captain – Be the Hero Behind the Scenes
Are you the person friends call when their Zoom won’t work? Tech captains work as the behind-the-scenes pros who make sure every caller can get started and keep calling. You’ll help troubleshoot tech issues one-on-one and support the team, so no one gets left behind. If you’ve got patience, problem-solving skills, and a calm presence—this is your time to shine!
